Commander Search
In 2025, the Clan will be nominating a new Commander, whose primary duty is to find a Chief for the Clan. You may learn about the Clan Commander search process here - including how to apply and eligibility requirements if you are personally interested in the position. The selection of a candidate for Commander must be by overwhelming consensus of eligible participants.
Why Choose a Commander?
The Council of Presidents of our Clan Societies was formed in the Spring of 2023 to lead the process for finding a new Commander. Our Previous Commander, Iain McFie, following many years of service stepped down in 2021.

Establishing a new Commander will be our first step towards finding a Chief.

The primary duty of a Commander is to find a Chief either through a Court recognized hereditary line or the identification of a candidate for a new Court approved hereditary line.
